Dixon LeGrande is Hanger’s President of Products & Services, having assumed the role in January 2023. He joined Hanger in 2010 as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Innovative Neurotronics and went on to serve as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for both Southern Prosthetic Supply (SPS) and Hanger Clinic, where he played a pivotal role in developing high performance marketing and sales organizations. Most recently, he served as President of Accelerated Care Plus (ACP), where he led strategic efforts to drive business growth, expanding the organization, and strengthening its infrastructure.

Dixon has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, beginning his career at Johnson & Johnson, where he held roles in finance and accounting, marketing, sales, and new product development.

Dixon holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
