Lety Nettles is Hanger’s Chief Information Officer, joining the company in January 2025. Prior to Hanger, Lety served as Chief Product Officer and Chief Information Officer at Novant Health, as well as Chief Information Officer at LPL Financial. Earlier in her career she held technology leadership positions with companies including Walmart and Dell. She brings extensive experience in modernizing and scaling technology offerings for high-growth companies, and takes a strategic approach leading organizations through transformative change.

Lety holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Texas State University.
