Las Vegas, Nev., May 17, 2017 – In 2015, Andrew “AJ” Montgomery received a call saying his long-term dream had come true: he had been selected as a performer in world-renowned Las Vegas show Le Rêve. Tragically, a motorcycle accident just days before had resulted in the loss of his left leg below-the-knee. Determined not to let go of his dream, Montgomery spent eight months training and rehabilitating, and was able to re-audition and earn a spot in the show. NBC Nightly News with Lester Holtfeatured Montgomery’s incredible story, including how custom prosthetic devices from Hanger Clinic empower Montgomery to perform the same complex movements as any other cast member in Le Rêve.
