Kelsey Troy is Hanger’s Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), having assumed the role in March 2023. Prior to joining, Kelsey served as Chief People Officer at Trident United Way, and prior to that role, CHRO of KinderCare Education. Her career also includes positions of increasing leadership responsibility with Sunrise Senior Living and ANN INC.

Kelsey holds a degree in business administration and leadership studies from the University of Richmond in Richmond, VA.
