Lesleigh Sisson, CFo, CFm, began her career in the orthotic and prosthetic field in 1992. With extensive experience in both administrative and clinical support roles within O&P, Lesleigh developed a passion for helping businesses deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring they remain compliant and profitable.

David Boone BSPO, MPH, PhD
Sr. Research Fellow, Orthocare Innovations
Dr. Boone has spent the past 20 years as an innovator, developer, researcher and instructor in rehabilitation and bioengineering. A frequent lecturer at academic medical centers on a range of prosthetic and rehabilitation topics, and a widely published author, he is credited with multiple technology patents, including a foot-scanning technology that was licensed to Nike.
Jim Campbell
President, Hanger Ventures
James H. Campbell, PhD, is Hanger’s Senior Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer with extended responsibility as President of Hanger Ventures. Dr. Campbell has 40 years of experience in the orthotics and prosthetics profession with distinction in leadership and research.
Oliver Jakobi
Chief Executive Officer, Ottobock
Oliver Jakobi assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in mid-December 2022. In this position, Jakobi will continue the company’s growth strategy. Sales, Legal & Compliance, Communications and Public Affairs report directly to him. Previously, in addition to his role as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) he served as interim CEO since May 2022.
Sveinn Sölvason
President and Chief Executive Officer, Embla Medical
Before being appointed President and CEO of Össur in 2022, Sveinn served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer for almost a decade. Sveinn first joined Össur in 2009 where he initially took on roles within Corporate Development and Treasury. Prior to joining Össur, he worked at Marel, Kaupthing Bank, Goldman Sachs and HSH Nordbank.
Pete Stoy
Chief Executive Officer
Pete Stoy is Hanger’s Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors, having assumed the role in May 2023. He joined Hanger as Chief Operating Officer in November 2020, and was named President in January 2023.
