Austin, Texas, November 21, 2022 – Hanger, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Dixon LeGrande to the role of President of the company’s Products & Services business segment, effective January 7, 2023. Additionally, Coleson Chase has been promoted to Vice President and General Manager of SPS. In this expanded role he will oversee the SPS business, while reporting to LeGrande, also effective January 7, 2023.

LeGrande joined Hanger in 2010, holding leadership positions in sales and marketing for subsidiaries in both the Products & Services and Patient Care business segments, including SPS and Hanger Clinic. Currently, he is the President of Accelerated Care Plus (ACP), Hanger’s therapeutic solutions subsidiary. Prior to his time at Hanger, LeGrande spent more than 14 years at Cordis, then a Johnson & Johnson company, where he held a series of leadership roles with progressively more responsibilities in finance, product and brand management, and sales. In his new role as President of Product & Services, LeGrande will maintain his duties as ACP President, while also supporting Chase as he leads SPS.
“Dixon has a diverse and strong leadership history in healthcare, with an impressive track record of delivering consistent sales growth,” shared Stoy. “Throughout his time at Hanger, he has demonstrated the ability to inspire and lead teams that implement innovative ideas to market Hanger’s products and services, and is uniquely positioned to lead the Products & Services team.”
In Chase’s expanded role, he will oversee the SPS business, along with SureFit, including the customer service teams for both organizations. Chase joined SPS five years ago as the Director of Marketing, and most recently served as VP of Operations. Prior to joining Hanger, Chase spent 15 years at healthcare, non-profit, and Fortune 500 companies, most recently serving nine years at S.P. Richards Company, a $2 billion business supplies distributor, where he held increasing responsibilities and multiple leadership positions across marketing, product management, and category management.
