AUSTIN, Texas, July 16, 2024 – Hanger, Inc., a leading provider of orthotic and prosthetic (O&P) patient care services and solutions, announced today it has entered into an agreement to acquire O&P Insight, an established leader in O&P consulting.

O&P Insight is a well-recognized and respected O&P consultancy providing comprehensive consulting and revenue cycle management (RCM) services to independent O&P providers and manufacturers. The company is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nev., and is comprised of a team with more than 200 years of combined experience.

The transaction is expected to close in Q3 of 2024.
