AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 24, 2024 – Hanger has announced its annual Partner Awards, honoring four outstanding companies who provide exceptional products and services that advance the field of orthotics and prosthetics and improve patient care and outcomes. The Rising Star, Collaboration, Innovation, and Operational Performance Partner Award recipients are carefully selected by members of Hanger’s clinical and operational teams.

Rising Star:
Aether Biomedical was selected for 2023 Rising Star award, which recognizes an emerging leader that is driving change in the industry. Aether Biomedical received the award for their patient-focused approach relative to the Zeus hand, and their proactiveness in making upgrades and repairs to ensure any patient down time is minimal.
Collaboration:
The Collaboration Award is granted to a partner that made outstanding contributions resulting in shared success. This yearOttobock is being recognized for their collaboration with the Hanger Fabrication Network and the Hanger Clinical and Scientific Affairs team to provide training to Hanger technicians on how to fabricate the Ottobock C-Brace. This collaboration positioned Hanger Clinic clinicians to meet the needs of their patients and increase growth in this sector.
Operational Performance:
Bio-Mechanical Composites is being recognized with the 2023 Operational Performance Award, which recognizes a partner that outperformed industry benchmarks in quality, efficiency, and cost containment. With over 20 years of experience, Bio-Mechanical Composites has helped Hanger Clinic clinicians meet the demand for energy storing prepreg orthotic devices, resulting in positive patient outcomes.
Innovation:
The Innovation Award was given this year to Cypress Adaptive which recognizes companies that exhibit expansive thinking in product innovation and technology, resulting in positive clinical outcomes. Cypress Adaptive was selected because of their innovative components and systems that provide Hanger Clinic clinicians alternative casting and fitting modalities to meet the broad range of patient needs, improve patient outcomes, and enhance efficiency.
