AUSTIN, TX– June 24, 2025–Hanger Clinic, the largest provider of orthotic and prosthetic (O&P) patient care, with over 900 clinics across the United States, has been awarded a national group purchasing agreement for O&P care with Premier, Inc. Effective May 1, 2025, the new agreement allows Premier members, at their discretion, to take advantage of pricing and terms pre-negotiated by Premier for O&P care with Hanger clinics across the country.

Under this agreement, Premier members can access Hanger Clinic’s comprehensive services to support care delivery for patients requiring orthotic and prosthetic interventions, including orthopedic trauma, spinal trauma, stroke rehabilitation, and amputee care. Hanger Clinic supports health systems driving towards a higher value of care by helping identify solutions that will improve patient outcomes and reduce length of hospital stays and potential readmissions.
One example of the post-amputation patient care that Hanger Clinic provides to healthcare systems is the Ampushield®, which has been clinically proven to optimize patient outcomes and reduce the length of acute hospital stays through contracture prevention.
